Сергей с супругой и 6-летним сыном проживает в селе Водяное. Он владеет тепличным бизнесом, выращивая ранние овощи на продажу. Сергей имеет большой участок земли, а на нем две большие теплица 11х100 метров и еще две небольшие 8х20 метров для рассады. Сергей занимается любимым делом уже 7 лет. В хозяйство у него вложено 100 000 гривен. Ежегодно затраты на семена и пленку составляют 60 000 гривен.

Сергею необходим кредит в 20 000 гривен для того, чтобы закупить пленку на 5 000 гривен, семена на 7 000 гривен, сделать ремонт теплицы на 3 000 гривен, а также приобрести уголь и удобрения на 5 000 гривен. Сергею очень важно переделать одну теплицу, сделать ее выше, а также расширить теплицу для рассады и за счет полученных от КИВА средств он надеется все это закончить.
