Mariam
Mariam is 49 years old. She lives in Vanadzor City with her husband, daughter, and two small grandchildren. Mariam’s second daughter lives with her own family separately from her parents.

For more than ten years Mariam has been running her own business: women’s clothes trading. She sells clothes at the central market where she rents a stall. Every week she goes to Yerevan, where she buys merchandise from wholesale markets for her business. Mariam’s husband helps with her business and thus they support their family, while their daughter stays at home and takes care of her children.

This is Mariam’s third loan from Nor Horizon and she has never delayed her repayments. At this time she is asking for a 700,000 AMD loan to buy warm sweaters, jackets, and dresses to resell.
