La Señora Gladys es socia del banco comunal Cochapamba, vive en la parroquia del Valle conocida también como “San Bautista de El Valle que se encuentra situada al sureste de Cuenca, lugar donde se produce de maíz, entre sus atractivos podemos destacar la laguna de Cochapamba (llenas de totoras), su gente es amable gentil, mantienen la cultura y tradiciones de sus pueblos, se dedican al comercio, cría de animales y a la agricultura.

Doña Gladys tiene 26 años, es casada y en su unión conyugal ha concebido un hijo de 7 años de edad que está estudiando en una escuelita de la ciudad. Su esposo labora en la construcción como albañil, la casa en la que vive es de su propiedad.

La Señora Gladys hace algunos años trabaja como empleada domestica, labora solo el medio día. En su casa se dedica al cuidado de su hijo y también cría y vende cerdos y pollos.

Es socia del banco comunal hace 5 años y su nuevo crédito lo va a invertir en la compra de cerdos y materiales de construcción para acabar su casa.

Su meta es tener un negocio estable como una tienda.
