Mejumaa is a married woman with eight children, all of whom have completed school. She owns a house with electricity and piped water. Her greatest monthly expense is food for her family.
Mejumaa has operated a rental house business for the past 10 years. Her potential clients are the local area residents. She faces a major challenge of tenants not paying their rent on time. She dreams of owning other rental houses.
With the loan of KES 100,000, Mejumaa wants to purchase ceiling boards and paint and to pay laborers to renovate her rental house. She decided to join Yehu because they offer quality financial services.
