Yot, 50, is widowed and resides with her three children in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She has been growing rice for over 20 years and is successful in her career. Two of her children are employed. One is a garment worker and another one is a soldier. Yot is requesting a loan of USD 800 to pay for her child’s wedding ceremony. In the future, she would like to purchase piglets to breed nd then sell for a profitable price when they gain weight. Moreover, she plans to build a new house.
