It is comprised of 11 members, and it is directed by a board of directors, which is headed by Alicia. The businesses that the members of the communal bank carry out are varied such as selling pots, neighborhood store, selling jeans, making rubber sandals, electrician, selling food, making cherry treats and chutney, and selling sweets.

Alicia says that she has worked with Pro Mujer for over five years. She became a member of the institution by invitation from a friend. She currently has a business selling sweets, which she has been doing for years. The loan that she will now take out is to increase her capital (to buy sweets). She will buy the sweets in La Ceja, and later she will sell them at her stand. This way of working allows her to generate resources to support her family. She has three children and a life partner.

La A.C. “LUZ DE LUNA BRILLANTE” iniciará su segundo ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del centro focal Collpani, está compuesta por once integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva encabezada por la señora Alicia. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos tenemos: venta de ollas, tienda de barrio, venta de jeans, elaboración de abarcas de goma, electricista, venta de comida, elaboración de picota y chuntillo, venta de golosinas.

La señora Alicia, indica que hace mas de cinco años que trabaja en Pro Mujer y que integro la institución por invitación de su amiga. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de venta de dulces que viene trabajando hace años.

El crédito que ahora sacará es para aumentar su capital (compra de dulces) que comprará la Ceja y posteriormente lo venderá en su puesto de venta. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para apoyar a su familia, pues ella tiene tres hijos y vive en concubinato.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta el ahorro.
