The communal bank “Ka'apoty" was formed through the initiative of one of the women, who approached the office of the Fundación to learn more about the Enterprising Women Program. Now this group is in its first loan cycle, with 16 members. This communal bank has demonstrated unity and solidarity amongst the members, who have their own businesses and are very hardworking.

Mirian is one of the members of this group, and she tells us that through the crafts that she makes she has been able to get ahead with her family. She is a very ingenious and creative woman, who, because of her talents, has managed to make very good crafts that sell very well.

Mirian is requesting the help of the Fundación and Kiva so that she can continue with her work, and so that she can keep working in this field. She wants to buy fabric, paint, brushes, needles, thread and other supplies. She is grateful that she is receiving this opportunity to make progress.

El comité “Ka'apoty, se conformó con la iniciativa de una de las señoras, quien se acerco hasta la oficina de la fundación para poder interiorizarse más acerca del programa de mujeres emprendedoras. Actualmente se encuentran en el primer ciclo, con 16 integrantes.
Mirian es una de las integrantes de este grupo y nos cuenta que por medio de las manualidades que ella hace, ha podido sacar adelante a su familia. Ella es una mujer muy ingeniosa y creativa y gracias a esas dotes que tiene logra hacer muy buenas manualidades que se venden muy bien.
Ella solicita la ayuda de la fundación y de Kiva, para poder continuar con su trabajo y de esa forma poder seguir trabajando. Desea comprar telas, pinturas, pinceles, agujas, hilos y demás insumos. Agradece por la oportunidad de progreso que esta recibiendo.
