Gel fruta, alfajores los cuales posteriormente los comercializa en los mercados y ferias de la ciudad Cochabamba, el ambiente donde realiza la producción es en su propio domicilio ubicado en villa Israel una zona periurbana de Cochabamba ubicada al sud , emprendió esta actividad hace 2 años, vive junto a su esposa y sus 2 hijos en su domicilio en alquiler ; el préstamo que solicita es para realizar la compra de insumos necesarios para incrementar su producción el señor indica que por la temporada los productos alzan su precio por lo que necesita proveerse con materia prima como harina y manteca.
