Elshan is married and has one child. He is an IDP from the Fuzuli city and now lives in the Baku region with his wife and children. Elshan is 27 years old. He has been working as a repairman for two years and does repairs in different houses and apartments. Currently, he needs 2000 AZN to buy necessary tools for his work in order to grow his business.
