El señor Guillermo tiene como actividad principal un taller sastrería, confecciona trajes formales para caballeros y damas, su taller esta ubicado en la zona Juana Azurduy de la ciudad de El Alto La Paz, viven con su esposa que es profesora juntos realizan diferentes trabajos, el momento de la visita se encontraba en su taller confeccionando trajes, esta actividad es su principal fuente de ingreso para ellos, en esta ocasión solicitan financiamiento para la compra de dos maquinas para mejorar su actividad ya que por la demanda de pedidos para la confección de trajes desea contratar mano de obra y le hace falta maquinaria, por este motivo se siente agradecido y feliz con la institución por el apoyo brindado.
