Monica is a very calm and disciplined woman. She is very responsible with the business activities that she has to do. Monica is married and has two children. She lives with her family and a brother in Cotacachi, which is 15 minutes from Otavalo in the Imbabura province.

Monica works with her brother making backpacks, valises, and wallets. She delivers them to the businesses that have ordered them.

This is the first time she has worked with Fodemi. She will use the loan to buy zippers, fabric, and thread because she has a big order from Marathon. She needs all of these materials to finish her work. That way she will be able to get a good income, which will help support her family. This is the only source of income that she has.

Her dream is to be able to give her children a good education. She also dreams of her business growing.

Monica trabaja con su hermano en la confección de mochilas, maletas y billeteras, las cuales entrega a empresas que le soliciten. Es la primera vez que trabaja con Fodemi, el crédito va a invertir en la compra de cierres, tubos de tela e hilos ya que tiene un pedido grande de Marathon y necesita todos estos materiales para cumplir con su labor y de esta manera poder obtener un buen ingreso que ayudará a mantener a su familia ya que es el único ingreso que tiene.

Su sueño es poder dar una buena educación a sus hijos y que su negocio crezca.
