Señor Isaac lives in the Villa Primavera area of the city of Alto. He is married to Señora Nelly and has three school-age children. He knits and sells woolen sweaters for a living. He has a stall at the Desaguadero market which is on the border of Bolivia and Perú and he travels there every Friday with his wife to sell the sweaters.

El señor Isaac vive en la zona villa primavera de la cuidad de el Alto, esta casado con la señora Nelly y tiene tres hijos quienes se encuentran en edad escolar. Se dedica al tejido y venta de chompas de lana. Tiene un puesto de venta en la feria de la localidad de desaguadero que se encuentra en la frontera de Bolivia con Perú, y viaja allá todos los viernes junto a su esposa a vender las chompas. Uno de sus mayores anhelos es poder ampliar su negocio para obtener mayores ingresos y realizar la ampliación de cuartos en su casa. Y también esperan apoyar a sus hijos para que ellos puedan llegar a ser profesionales. En esta oportunidad don Isaac solicita el préstamo de dinero para la compra de bolsas de lana para incrementar el capital de su negocio.
