El Sr. Ranulfo tiene 69 años de edad, está casado con la Sra. Elva hace 39 años, tienen 6 hijos juntos. El Sr. Ranulfo es un hombre luchador, que a pesar de su edad aun tiene mucha fuerza para llevar adelante su despensa y la manutención de su familia quienes le ayudan día a día.
El es el que se encarga de las provisiones de su despensa. Trae del mercado local todo lo que le falta para reponer sus mercaderias, tiene una moto con una caja montada para transportar sus cargas. Es una persona digna de imitar, su esposa comenta que a veces se siente cansado pero al ver a sus hijos crecer y con necesidad del estudio lo ayudan a sentirse vigoroso y seguir luchando, le da gracias a la vida por brindarle mucha salud y a la Fundación Paraguaya y a kiva por darle oportunidad de seguir progresando.
