Chanthol, 23, is married and resides with her husband and a child in Takeo province, Cambodia. She has been working in a garment factory for more than three years. Her husband is a construction worker. Additionally, she and her husband grow agricultural crops. Due to the difficulty in traveling to work, Chanthol is requesting a loan of $800 to purchase a motorbike to commute to work. By doing so, she would be able to get to work on time and save some money on her transportation expense.
In the future, Chanthol would like to raise pigs to generate more income to support the family. Moreover, she plans to build a new house and support her child to study for a bachelor's degree.
