Olivo Group's story

Olivo is a solidarity group with six members who fit together very well since they all share a dream, which is to work hard to help their families. They chose the name Olivo because seeing it written down next to them, they liked the name since they are a very happy and fun group. The group meets weekly in Guadalupe NL.

Wendy is one of the group members. She is 33 years old, married, and has three children who are 15, 6, and 6 months old. She started her business when she was very young to improve the life of her first child since she was married very young. Wendy began to sell food from her house, including cheeses and tostadas. Later she went to the market to sell clothing. Wendy's dream is to be able to have her own boutique so that she can give her children better preparation for life so that they can succeed.
