Samoeurn, 53, is married and resides with her husband and eight children in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She is a homemaker. Her husband is a construction worker. Six of her children are employed. Two of them are soldiers, one is a garment worker, two more are construction workers and the last one is employed in Malaysia as a homemaker. Since her daughter has trouble with her transportation to work, Samoeurn is requesting a loan of USD 800 to purchase a motorbike for her daughter to use to commute to work. By doing so, she can save some money from her transportation expenses to support the family. In the future, she would like to expand her husband's business to be a construction foreman. Moreover, she plans to renovate her house and support her son to study until he gets his Bachelor's degree.
