La VRC TENDAL está conformada por 11 integrantes entre hombres y mujeres se encuentra ubicada a 45 minutos de la cooperativa.

Napoleón se dedica a la Agricultura a la siembra de caco, café y naranja. Las compras y las ventas lo hace en Chillanes o en San José del Tambo en forma quincenal.

Solicita el crédito para comprar plantas de cacao y comprar fertilizantes, abonos, líquido para la maleza.

Con la ayuda del crédito podrá incrementar la producción y por ello los ingresos. El sueño es poder incrementar la producción para tener dinero para la educación de los hijos.

Los desafíos con los que ha sabido lidiar son los bajos precios, vías en pésimas condiciones que impiden la salida del producto en buenas condiciones.

En el tiempo libre le gusta el boly es responsable, respetuoso y le gusta disfrutar de las fiestas del carnaval.
