The committee known as Hard-working Women was started by means of the management and support of a group of women who work in the area. The members of the committee set as their main objective the personal growth of each one of them in their labors. There are 16 members that comprise said group.
Señora Estefania is one of the members of the group. She tells us that she is dedicated to dressmaking. It is thanks to this work that she is able to do well and to help maintain the house and her family. She is a creative, enterprising, and very hard-working woman, and she tells us that thanks to her good work she has a good clientele. She requests the loan for the purchase of fabrics, closings, buttons and other necessary supplies for her workshop, since she has many orders and wants to be able to fill them. She thanks the foundation for the opportunity that it gives her and her group.

El comité Mujeres Trabajadoras nace mediante la gestión y el apoyo de un grupo de mujeres que se encontraba trabajando en dicho lugar. Las integrantes del comité fijaron como objetivo principal el crecimiento de cada una de ellas en lo personal como laboral, son 16 las que integran dicho grupo.
La Sra. Estefania es una de las miembros del grupo, ella nos comenta que se dedica a la costura, trabajo gracias al cual pudo salir adelante y ayudar a mantener la casa y a su familia. Ella es una mujer muy trabajadora, emprendedora y creativa, y comenta que gracias al buen trabajo que hace tiene una buena clientela.
Ella solicita el préstamo para la compra de telas, cierres, botones y demás insumos necesarios para su taller, ya que tiene muchos pedidos y desea poder cumplir con ellos. Agradece a la fundación por la oportunidad que les da a ella y a su grupo.
