Eloy nació en la provincia de Urubamba pues vive en el poblado de Rumichaca Baja.( La provincia de Urubamba está ubicada al norte de la ciudad del Cusco, a orillas del río Vilcanota, en una zona que se conoce como el “Valle Sagrado” debido a su clima templado, tierra fértil y abundantes riachuelos, que hacen de este valle uno de los más bellos del planeta.).

Eloy tiene 46 años edad y tiene una relación de unión libre de la cual tiene tres hijos, él es carpintero de oficio y tiene en su domicilio un pequeño taller de carpintería donde fabrica sillas, puertas, mesas, roperos, ventas y otras cosas más. Ya son 13 años que se dedica a este negocio y le va muy bien gracias al empeño que pone en su trabajo. Él en esta oportunidad requiere el préstamo para comprar materiales como por ejemplo madera, cola de carpintero, clavos y otras materiales. Su sueño de Eloy es abrir un grifo en la ciudad de Rumichaca.

Eloy es integrante del banco comunal “Nueva Visión de Rumichaca”. Este grupo está conformado con 19 socios que viven en la provincia de Urubamba.
