Illumine is 36 years old and is married with five children aged between five and 15 years old. Illumine sells soft drinks and local drinks such as water and Fanta. Her business is well organized. She works every day from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. and has had her business for three years.

Illumine has requested a loan from Kiva field partner Vision Finance Company in order to buy more water, Fanta, and other beverages for her business. With any additional profit she realizes as a result of this loan, she plans to reinvest in her business and save for her future. She hopes that one days she can buy a house of her own.
