Mr. Pal, a 41-year-old father of a single child who is attending school, lives in Reussey Keo commune, Phnom Penh where he works as a civil servant in the Ministry of National defense.

Presently Pal owns a motorcycle that he has used for many years, but because it is old, it breaks frequently. Pal now realizes that it is no longer safe to operate and so is requesting his first loan from HKL and Kiva to buy another motorcycle for his commute to work. He is very thankful to our lenders for their help.
