L'emprunteur est un jeune célibataire qui a arrêté ses études au collège faute de moyens pour les payer.Il s'est alors lancé dans la pêche. Il vit avec ses 4 frères et ses 3 sœurs chez son oncle. Son père vit à l'étranger et sa mère est décédée depuis 2008.Il a acquis une pirogue de pêche et passe souvent deux mois en mer pour se reposer deux semaine avant de repartir. Son activité lui procure des revenus assez importants avec lesquels il entretient sa famille et soutient aussi son oncle.Afin de renouveler son matériel , il sollicite un prêt de 450000frs pour acheter 30 balles de filets. Son ambition est de construire sa propre maison pour y loger sa famille.
