Gladiz se dedica a la venta de tara, cochinilla y abarrotes en Panpachacra, agradece mucho la ayuda que le brindan con semilla ayudan que las mujeres puedan salir adelante, invirtiéndolo bien en sus negocios, en su Banco Comunal aprendió como trabajar, logró comprarse un terreno en Mollepata, las capacitaciones le ayudan a poder valorarse, todo lo que se hace en Finca le ayudo a poder tener una buena familia, ahora con el préstamo que esta sacando lo invertirá en la compra de abarrotes.
