Lim, 50, resides in Kampong Cham Province. She and her husband grow rubber trees for rubber to sell. Lim is requesting a loan of $600 to purchase a tractor to plow the farmland in order to grow rubber trees. By doing so, her family will be able to generate more income.
In the future, Lim would like to use any additional income to purchase pigs to raise and sell. This will be her first loan from KREDIT, a longstanding Kiva partner.
KREDIT Ltd. is one of Kiva’s most established partners in Southeast Asia. The organization empowers the economically-active poor and small entrepreneurs by providing inclusive financial services.
