Sokhim, 29, is married and resides with her husband and son in the Takeo province of Cambodia. She is a farmer. Her husband is an ice cream vendor who carries ice cream to sell around the village and market. Sokhim is requesting a loan of USD 1,000 to increase capital in her husband's business in order to run an ice cream store at home. In the future, she would like to renew her house and support her son to study until he gets a bachelor's degree.
