He also teaches other entrepreneurs how to use marketing and the Internet to stay in contact with their current clients and contact future clients.
Currently, he has ten other consulting associates, under them, he employees about 30 people. The different associates have a vast history and knowledge ranging between home finance and investment properties. He added, they know what it takes to operate a business, cut costs and save funds. He is using the loan money to pay for small marketing, part-time staff development, and next year's business planning while between commission checks. He plans to help place the workers on salary to help his business grow. René is looking to hire at least five people, by 2013, he hopes to have 20-30 employees, and within the next three years, he plans to have 100 employees.

Without it, he would have had a slightly more complicated time putting together ideas that will help his business grow. "It gives me a little bit of a leap without stressing," he added.
