The communal bank Las Divinas de la Unión is made up of several enterprising, hardworking and united women. The group consists of 8 people, men and women who excel, each with their own story. One of them in particular is Señora Maribel who is 41 years of age and single. From a young age she lived surrounded by living examples of courage which encouraged her to start a business selling food (regional dishes). Now with 15 years in the business, she has been able to provide her small son with the best. Having started out with the business at her front door, little by little she was able to improve the business and now sells shaved ice drinks and sweets. With grand dreams and goals to meet, she is thinking of opening a locale to sell food. She will invest her recent loan in buying more ingredients and having what it takes to succeed for the well-being of her family.
Un grupo de mujeres emprendedoras, trabajadoras y unidas, así está conformada el grupo de las divinas de la unión, integrada por 8 personas, sobresalen grandes mujeres y hombres, cada uno con una historia en particular una de ellas es la señora Maribel de 41 años de edad, soltera y desde muy pequeña vivió rodeada de ejemplos y coraje que la animaron a emprender el negocio de Venta de comida (comidas de la región) ya con 15 años en el negocio a podido dar lo mejor a su pequeño hijo , ya que comenzó en la puerta de su casa y poco a poco lo ha ido mejorando que hasta ahora vende raspadilla y dulces, con grandes sueños y metas por cumplir piensa poner un local para la venta de su comida, y con el reciente préstamo lo invertirá en comprar más insumos y poder tener lo necesario para salir adelante por el bienestar de su familia.

This is a Group Loan
In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a larger group of individuals. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee. In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.
