El comite se formo por medio de la Sra Nelida, quien había integrado anteriormente otro grupo, el cual tuvo que dejar por problemas personales, la misma decidió formar un nuevo grupo e invito a sus vecinas y amigas para que por medio del grupo puedan salir adelante. De esta forma se inicia el comité La Primavera.
La Sra Nelida es comerciante, tiene 53años, esta casada con el sr Leonor quien es Contratista de Obras, juntos tienen 5 hijos. La señora Comenta que se dedica a la venta de prendas de todo tipo, en lo cual le va muy bien por que ya tiene una clientela bien definida.
