Donik's story

Donik was born 1956 in the city of Kapan. He finished a secondary school in the Sevakar village, and then, after finishing school, was accepted and graduated from the Kapan Mining College, where he obtained a profession of an electrician. Currently, Donik works an electrician. Donik is married and has four children: three sons and a daughter. His daughter and oldest son already have their own families and live separately from the parents. The middle and youngest sons live with the parents. Parallel to his electrician work, Donik has been involved in agriculture for almost 20 years. He has a small plot of land in the Sevakar village, where he grows vegetables and fruits and breeds cattle and chickens. Donik sells his agricultural products in the city of Kapan. His wife and two sons help Donik with the agricultural business, thanks to which they support the family and provide it daily with the necessary, fresh products. Donik needs a loan in the sum of 1,000,000 dram to purchase two cows and three calves, which would help him to increase his family's income in the future. This is Donik's third loan from the Nor Horizon organization.
