Previously, Maritza sold beauty products by catalog. Nevertheless, at 45-years-old, she decided to start a business selling food. Always thinking about the well-being of her two children, she started to buy what was necessary for her restaurant along with her sister.

Little by little, they first invited their family members to the restaurant, then their close friends, who recommended their place. In this way, and thanks to their good service, they started to become known, and now they don't lack clients. On the contrary, sometimes she needs help keeping her supplies stocked, especially on weekends. Now, after 4 years, the dining room in her house is very small. With the goal of opening a location on the second floor of her house, Maritza and her sister work and even take orders because they need to gather a large sum of money.
