Delphine is 32 years old and is single. She owns a canteen which she has run for three years. She would like a loan to buy fresh dairy, sugar, flasks, tables, and chairs in order to upgrade her canteen. Delphine will use any profits to start building a house. She would like to own a farm some day in the future.
