Every 15 days the members of the Communal Bank, Palabra De Mujer (Woman's Word) meet in the15th District of the city of Manta. Manta is known for its beautiful beaches that are visited at any time of year by domestic and foreign tourists.With a warm climate, it's also known for its cuisine and its many tourist attractions.

Here we met María, who is 22 years old, unmarried and studied business administration at a university in Manta. She lives with her parents. She has been in the communal bank for more than 4 years and likes the support the bank provides to help her move forward in her business.

María is a lovely girl who is pursuing her studies. Along with her mother, she also works in business, selling gold laminated jewelry that they buy in the city of Guayaquil and then at home deliver the goods to other retailers that distribute throughout the city . They sell wholesale, give credit and then collect every 15 days or at month-end. They have been in business for over 7 years and do very well.

This loan will be used to buy jewelry laminated in gold. María's dreams are to complete her studies and become an entrepreneur.

En el Barrio 15 De Septiembre de la ciudad de Manta, conocido por sus hermosas playas que son muy visitadas en toda época del año por turistas nacionales y extranjeros, con un clima cálido, por su gastronomía y por sus innumerables atractivos turísticos, cada 15 días se reúnen los socios del Banco Comunal Palabra De Mujer.

Aquí conocimos a María, tiene 22 años de edad, está soltera y estudia Administración De Empresas en una Universidad de Manta. Vive en casa de sus padres. Lleva más de 4 años en el Banco Comunal y le gusta por la ayuda que el brinda el banco para seguir adelante en su negocio.

Ella es una linda jovencita que además de dedicarse a sus estudios también junto con su mamá se dedican al comercio, venden joyas laminadas en oro que compran en la ciudad de Guayaquil y luego en su domicilio entregan a otros comerciantes minoristas que distribuyen por toda la ciudad. Ellas venden al por mayor, dan crédito y cobran a los quince días o a fin de mes. Llevan más de 7 años dedicadas a esta actividad y les va muy bien.

Este crédito lo va a emplear para comprar joyas laminadas en oro.

Sus sueños son terminar sus estudios y ser empresaria.
