Stephen lives in Changamwe area of Coast province, Kenya. He is married and has nine children, five of whom are in school. He owns a dry fish business and has been in operation for one year. It’s a business he began in order to get money to support his family.
Stephen is applying for a loan of 20,000 Kenyan shillings (KES) to purchase more dry fish for sale. His main challenges are the lack of capital to purchase more stock. The extra income from this loan will help him educate his children.
