Es integrante de la VRC VENTANAL se encuentra formada en la comunidad Guantuncoto, Parroquia Julio Moreno Cantón Guaranda, a una distancia de 30 minutos de la oficina Los habitantes de la Comunidad se dedican a diferentes actividades como son: agricultura, ganadería, crianza de animales (cerdos, pollos, ovejas) comercio y construcción.
Juan se dedica a la agricultura, crianza de animales, construcción, tiene sembríos de papas, trigo, maíz, arveja, siembra en terrenos de Arriendo, tiene 2 cabezas de ganado.
Las compra y las ventas lo realiza en Guaranda. Solicita el crédito para destinarlo para la siembra de maíz (compra de abonos, semillas, fertilizantes, mano de obra).
