Jean Damascène belongs to the Tuzamurane/Gknk group. He is 31 years old and is married with three children ranging from three months to five years of age. Two children are in school. He has two years of elementary school education. He is going to use his loan to buy chemical fertilizer. His strategy to grow his business is to develop selected rice seedlings. In the coming years, Jean Damascène would like to be the rice supplier in his region. With the profits, he plans to raise his children and provide them with schooling.
