Mikidadi, who is in his 20's, is married and has one child. He earns a living by farming, works from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily and is able to make a small monthly profit. This will be Mikidadi's fifth loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. He used his previous loans to buy seeds. He successfully repaid these loans and is applying for a new one to expand his farm. Mikidadi will share this loan with his group, which is called "Tunaweza" and has 20 members. Each member holds the others accountable for repaying the loan.
