Norma es socia del Banco Comunal Desarrollo, tiene 30 años, es madre de 2 hijos, es socia de FINCA Peru desde hace 1 año. Norma tiene un taller de confección de mandiles, faldas y fustanes, anteriormente ella solo vendía mandiles fustanes en poca cantidad, pero gracias a la ayuda de Finca empezó ahorrar y con los créditos que le daban fácilmente logro abrir su propio taller en el cual ahora le va bien, le gusta recibir la capacitaciones porque le enseña ahorrar, a ser puntual, responsable y sobre los valores. el préstamo que solicita lo invertirá en la compra de telas y blondas para confeccionar fustanes ahora que se acercan los carnavales. Su meta es tener su propio capital y comprarse un carro.
