The Bokk Xoll solidarity group was created on the 11th of July, 2002. It is made up of 8 woman who all live in the same area and are all small retailers.

Oulimata, standing on the right of the picture with her hand raised, is the group´s leader. She is 62 years old and widowed. She has no children of her own, but is raising a child put in her care by her family. She is an experienced saleswoman who has been selling "nététou" (a local dish) for many years.

This loan will increase Oulimata´s working capital and allow her to restock and develop her business activity. She will use her profits to improve her family´s living conditions - by buying good food and clothes and paying medical bills - and build up her savings.
Le groupe de solidarité est créé le 11 7 2002. Il est composé de huit femmes qui habitent le même quartier. Leur activité principale est le commerce.

Madame Oulimata qui est à la droite de la photo levant la main est responsable de groupe. Elle est âgée de 62 ans. Elle est veuve sans enfants mais a en charge un enfant qui lui est confié par ses proches.

Elle s’active dans la vente de "nététou" (un produit alimentaire local) Elle a une bonne expérience dans ce domaine d’activité, qu'elle pratique depuis plusieurs années.

Ce prêt lui permettra de renforcer son capital et de mieux développer ses activités.

Les profits lui permettront d’améliorer les conditions de vie de la famille (santé, nourriture, habillement etc.…) et d’augmenter ses épargnes.
