Felicidad is a long-standing client who has been working with the institution for approximately four years. She belonged to the "Agua de Vida" communal bank.

Now she sells seasonal clothing; that is to say, she sells blouses, skirts, baby's clothing, sweaters, T-shirts, and fleeces in the wintertime.

She will use the loan to travel to the town of Desaguadero to buy skirts and blouses at wholesale. Because it's close to Christmas, she has also thought about selling toys.

Felicidad lives with one of her daughters who is at home, and she helps support and look after her two grandchildren.

In increasing her working capital, she has thought of saving for her anticrético (rental contract where the renter pays the landlord a fixed sum), to provide more home comforts for her family.
