Señora Maria is a member of the community bank "Espori Mi Bankito." La Señora. María es socia del banco comunal Espori Mi Bankito, vive por la comunidad de Nabon en la ciudad de Cuenca, lugar que se encuentra rodeado de vegetación y hermosos paisajes donde se respira un aire de paz y tranquilidad, su gente se dedica a la cría de animales y a la agricultura, muchos viajan diariamente a la ciudad para ejercer diferentes actividades laborales.

La Señora. María tiene 45 años, es madre soltera de 7 hijos de 24, 22, 18, 16, 13, 10 y 8 años de edad, sus dos primeros hijos trabajan para sus gastos personales, su tercer y quinto hijo estudian en un colegio, su cuarto hijo estudia en el colegio y también trabaja, sus dos últimos hijos está estudiando en la escuela. La casa en la que vive es propia.

Ella diariamente viaja de su comunidad a la ciudad para la atención de su negocio ya que es comerciante de mariscos, en esta actividad labora hace 13 años, trabaja todos los días de domingo a domingo y su horario de trabajo es de 7 de la mañana hasta las 6 de la tarde.

Se encuentra en su tercer ciclo en el banco comunal y su nuevo crédito lo va a invertir en la compra de mariscos como pescado, camarón, langostinos, conchas, etc. para continuar con esta actividad.

Sus metas son agrandar su casa y construir un taller de mecánica industrial para que sus hijos laboren en un negocio propio.
