The communal bank A.C. “BARRIO MUNICIPAL” will start its first cycle with Pro Mujer as part of the focal centre of Collpani. The group consists of 8 members and is lead by a board headed by the president Señora Rosa. The businesses the members run are various among which are: food sales; ice cream sales; toy sales; cheese sales; meat sales; lettice sales; making babies' sweaters and blankets; sales of soft drinks, sweets and pastries; various handicraft production.

Señora Rosa says that it is the 1st time that she works with Pro Mujer and was invited to become a member. Currently she has a business selling ice creams and juice, something she learned from her mother, which she has been running for several years.

The loan she will currently take is to increase her working capital to buy sugar, milk and glasses which she get in La Paz and subsequently sell in the street markets. This kind of work allows her to generate an income to support her family as she lives with her partner.

When asked what she likes about Pro Mujer, she says that she likes the health clinics.

La A.C. “BARRIO MUNICIPAL” iniciará su primer ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del centro focal Collpani, está compuesta por ocho integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva donde la señora Rosa es la presidenta. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos tenemos: venta de comida, venta de helados, venta de juguetes, venta de queso, venta de carne, venta de lechuga, elaboración de chompas para bebe y mantas, venta de refrescos masitas y dulces, elaboración de artesanías varios.

La señora Rosa, indica que es la primera ves que trabaja en Pro Mujer y que integro la institución por invitación de la promoción. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de venta helados y jugos que viene trabajando hace años atrás, el mismo lo aprendió de su madre.

El crédito que ahora sacará es para aumentar su capital (compra de azúcar, leche y vasos) que adquirirá de La Paz y posteriormente lo venderá en las ferias. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para apoyar a su familia, pues ella vive en concubinato.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta el área de salud.
