Devota is a married woman with 4 school going children. Her husband is an engineer who contributes to the family's basic needs. She owns a house with piped water but no electricity. Her greatest monthly expenses are food for her family and school fees for her children.
Devota has operated a water selling business for the past 4 years. Her potential clients are the local area villagers. She faces a major challenge of damaged pipes sometimes causing water loss.
With a Kshs 50,000 loan Devota wants to purchase a water tank and construct another water storage facility for her business. She decided to join Yehu to access capital to expand her business.
