Gladys is a hardworking business woman aged 27 years-old. She is married and blessed with three children all of whom attend school. She has been practicing dairy farming for the last three years in order to support her family. She has employed one person to assist her to manage the business. Gladys has been able to retain her business because of a good reputation with her customers. With 40,000 Kenyan shillings, she intends to buy animal feed. In the next five years, she wants to expand her business and have many cows. Gladys expresses gratitude to Kiva partner Faulu Kenya for training her on good customer care.
