Angelica
Angelica, 51, and her husband, Sergio, 54, live with their 3 children in the house they own. They want to provide their children with a better future. Angela opeates a general store, the first one in Palmapampa. She opens the store to customers very early and they come to her because they know she has the things they need. Angela likes talking to her customers and hearing their news. She has operated the business for 2 years and says that the most difficult aspect of the business is having to be available to tend the store at all hours. This will be her 18th MFP loan. She hopes you will help her continue her business. She, in turn, promises to repay the loan in the agreed-upon time, just as she has all of her past loans. She says, too, that she is grateful for her community bank because its members are responsible and supportive. Angelica will use this 2,000-soles loan to buy rice, sugar, soft drinks and other merchandise for her general store.
