The Tedungal group was created on 12 October 2010 at the inauguration of the Local Village Fund under which it operates. It comprises ten women who primarily run small retail businesses.

Ms. Coumba (in the inset all the way on the right side of the photo) is the group leader. She is 48 years old, married, and has eight children. She also takes care of four other members of her family.

She sells tea, sugar, and condiments at the market in her town. She has mastered this business, having practiced it for more than five years.

With her new loan, she plans to supply herself with sugar, tea, and various other products. She intends to better support her husband in providing for the family.
Le groupe Tedungal est créé le 12 Octobre 2010 à l’inauguration du Banc Villageois qui l'abrite. Il est composé de 10 femmes qui ont comme activité principale le petit commerce.

Madame Coumba (en médaillon à l’extrême droit) est responsable du groupe. Elle est âgée de 48 ans, est mariée et mère de huit enfants, elle prend à charge quatre aux membres de sa famille.

Elle vend du thé, du sucre et des condiments dans le marché de sa commune. Elle maîtrise bien cette activité pour l’avoir pratiqué pendant plus de cinq ans.

Avec son nouveau prêt elle compte s’approvisionner en sucre, et thé et autres produits divers.

Elle envisage de mieux soutenir son mari dans la prise en charge des dépenses familiales.
