Mary is 49 years old and supports a family of five people. She is married and blessed with five children ages 25,23,18,16, and 13 years. Mary owns a tailoring shop in Kapsabet town and has been in operation for a period of six years, earning a monthly income of 8,000 Kenya shillings (KES).
She has applied for a loan of 40,000 KES from KADET LTD, this being her fourth loan after she successfully repaid the previous loans. She wishes to use this amount to purchase stock for her business.
The profits will be used to educate her children and improve the living standards of the family as a whole. Her dream is to own a tailoring school and also prosper in business.
