Yon, 47, is married and lives in a rural area of Ponhea Krek district. She has four children who work in a rice field and a rubber factory. She has been farming on her rice field for 25 years to make a living. She also grows vegetables. She has been growing vegetables for 4 years to generate additional income.
Yon currently earns around 15 US dollar per day to feed her family. Now she is applying for a first loan with VisionFund. She will use this loan to buy construction materials for her new house. This loan will enable her to have a new house to accommodate her children.
