Carmelo B. is 38 years old and is married to Alicia Rolon. Together they have three children, a fourteen year old daughter and two younger sons. During the week, Carmelo works as a mechanic, and on the weekends and some nights, he works as a taxi driver. Carmelo works a lot, but does so in order to better the life of his wife and three children.
He has been working with Fundacion Paraguaya for only a short amount of time, less than a year. Carmelo is asking for a loan to buy tools for his mechanic shop and to help develop his business. His hope is that soon his shop will bring in enough money so that he does not have to work on the weekends.
