The “Kuña Guapa” women’s committee is starting the first cycle in Fundación Paraguaya’s enterprising women program. They work as a team and in a mutually supportive way always in a spirit of mutual respect and support. Besides the individual work of each one of them, they also conduct group fund-raising activities in order to have some group capital.

Serafina is divorced and has a son. She manufactures sheets and pillowcases that allows her to support her son and alleviate costs that arise day to day. She comments that all the sacrifice she makes is for her son because she wants to give him all the best so that he should not have to go through any privations. She’s asking for the loan to buy fabric, thread, elastic and other supplies that will be of much help in her workshop.

El Comité de Mujeres de nombre Kuña Guapa está iniciándose en el primer ciclo del programa de mujeres emprendedoras de la fundación paraguaya. Ellas trabajan en forma conjunta y solidaria, siempre dentro de un ambiente de respeto y ayuda mutua. Además del trabajo independiente de cada una, también hacen actividades en forma conjunta para recaudar fondos con el fin de contar con un capital dentro del grupo.
La Sra Serafina, es divorciada, tiene un hijo. Ella se dedica a la confección de sabanas y fundas, mediante en cual puede mantener a su hijo y paliar los gastos que surgen el día a día. Comenta que todo el sacrificio que hace es por hijo, pues quiere darle todo lo mejor para que no tenga que pasar por privaciones.
Ella solicita el crédito para la compra de telas, hilos, gomas y demás insumos, los cuales le será de mucha ayuda en su taller.
