Constancio was born in the community of HuacaHuasi in Tiraque Province, Cochabamba Department. He currently lives in his community with his family in a house made entirely of clay. El señor Constancio nacido en la comunidad de HuacaHuasi de la Provincia de Tiraque del Departamento de Cochabamba, actualmente vive con su familia en su comunidad en una vivienda construido de puro barro. La actividad a que se dedica es la agricultura que produce tubérculos y cereales en las parcelas heredadas de sus padres y algunas propias. El presente crédito está solicitando para reintegrar de la compra de un vehículo que necesita para llevar a la escuela a sus hijos de su comunidad a la localidad de Tiraque y poder transportar sus productos al pueblo para su comercializacion.
